Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our studio in good condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange choice within 3-5 business days.
